Following on from the successful archaeological excavations in 2014-16 and 2019 Dyfed Archaeological Trust is planning to carry out two more three-week-long excavations in 2021. As with the previous work, we will welcome members of the local community as well as those from further afield to participate in the excavation. No previous experience of archaeological excavation is necessary. As well as the sometimes demanding work of diggings other tasks will be available for the less physically able. For those who are not able to participate but have an interest in archaeology, we will provide site tours throughout the excavation.
